To submit a flight request, simply select your departure and return dates, and then complete the form below, including the CAPTCHA, which requires you to type the four characters in the space provided. If the date you need is already booked, please call! The date may contain an early flight and we may be able to accommodate.

How to Book a Flight with Xpress Charter
First: Select your travel dates by clicking on the day of your departure and return flights. Please select all days that apply. (If you require multiple days, for instance, the first through the third, click on 1, 2, and 3).
Second: Complete the form below.
Third: Submit the form. We will send an email immediately with your flight request details, and you will be contacted via email with a flight confirmation or cancellation.
Note: If you need to book multiple flights for one trip, please submit a new request for each leg of your trip. For instance, if you are leaving Longview on the first to fly to San Antonio, book that flight. If the same day you need to go from San Antonio to Houston, book that flight separately. Continue this process for the remainder of your trip.
